Refund Policy

At BeCure.in, we strive to provide the best possible online homeopathic consulting services to our patients. However, we understand that in some cases, patients may request a refund for various reasons. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Refund Eligibility

– A patient is eligible for a refund in the following cases:
– If the patient has paid for a consultation & medicine but has not received it due to technical issues on our end.
– If the patient has paid for a consultation & medicine and the doctor is unable to conduct the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances.
– A patient is not eligible for a refund in the following cases:
– If the patient has received the consultation and is not satisfied with the doctor’s advice.
– If the patient has changed their mind about taking the consultation.
– If the patient has provided incomplete or inaccurate information that has affected the consultation.

Refund Amount

– If the patient is eligible for a refund, the amount refunded will be the full amount paid for the consultation.
– In cases where the patient has used a promotional offer or discount, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

– Patients can cancel their consultation appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any cancellation fees.
– If the patient cancels the consultation appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the consultation fee will be retained as cancellation fees.

Refund Process

– Refund requests must be made within 3 working days from the scheduled time of the consultation.
– Refund requests can be made by contacting our customer support team at mail to becure.cc@gmail.com
– Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of receipt of the refund request.
– Refunds will be made to the original payment method used by the patient.
